All sales are final. All components used to build the computer system carry their own warranties as listed above. The length of the warranty for each product will be stored in our systems, and will be documented and included with your computer system. If any part of the computer fails, you may contact us to troubleshoot the problem or part. If a part is determined to be defective we will assist you in replacing the item with the appropriate manufacturer. Buyers should verify warranties for themselves before making a purchase to make sure they are satisfied. Orders can not be cancelled once the item has been billed. All components used in our systems are new unless otherwise noted. All computer systems will be checked and verified to make sure all components work and that there are no configuration issues before being shipped. 3Cube Computers unfortunately cannot offer or honor warranty claims for software or operating systems. Please contact the publisher directly for any such requests. Technical Support is provided for free for a period of three years (36 months) from the date of purchase of the computer. This includes reconfiguration and reinstallation of operating systems, troubleshooting, questions regarding usage, etc. In addition, all repair requests, once approved, are to be shipped to a given address. 3Cube Computers will not be responsible for shipping/transportation costs or costs of out-of-warranty parts. Labor will be provided for free for all warranty requests. 3Cube Computers will fix on-site issues or provide transportation for the computer if buyer resides within thirty miles of the given shipping address. 3Cube Computers will attempt to assist the owner of any under-warranty 3Cube Computer owner with self-installations of third-party upgrades.
